Positives: It's a great house, good architecture, love the gazebo and landscaping. Good landscaping really is hard to find.Negatives: Official store content. I've said it before, I'll say it every time this subject comes up: including store content is annoying because people who don't own that content end up with empty rooms.
At the very least, include a second version of the house that uses basegame-only content (or custom, even!) for people who can't see store furniture. If the site you're on won't let you put down an alternate basegame download, consider switching host sites. Seriously.
