First Hair by Peggy
Positives: The first Sims 3 hair creation! I thought Peggy might swing it, since it's her thing.
Recolorable in game, nice waves.
Negatives: Default replacement for the female mohawk. This hair makes the Sim's forehead look too tall, which may be either the Sim or the hair, but I'm inclined to think it's the hair. If it weren't the first Sims 3 hair ever, I wouldn't list it.
