Positives: Community lot built to resemble a college. Looks awesome on the outside.

Negatives: No furnishings or decoration inside. If you have the patience to furnish it yourself or perhaps wait for a schoolroom set, it really is a great lot. The image at the top is slightly edited, as the lot doesn't have the college name and logo on the front. You can see the same spot at an angle in the screenshot to the right.
