Positives: Dilapidate your Sims with sad, sagging, and rusty patterns. While I'm most impressed by the rust, I suggest you also look into the stained fabric (shown on the chair), the rusted fridge (behind the chair), and the old wood (side of building).
Negatives: What is there to hate about this? Nothing? I thought so.
